The company is headed by Dr. Wilhelm S. Degen, who is involved in designing and constructing many of the world’s most well-known ground improvements projects, such as Penny’s Bay Reclamation in Hong Kong, Palm Jumeirah, and The World Islands in Dubai to name a few.
